So, during conferences on Saturday we attempted something we had never tried before. Making applesauce. Turns out it is really easy and a lot of fun. We all got in on it. And we got tons of applesauce thanks to the apples from our neighbors and the victorio strainer we borrowed from Sister Billings. Thanks!
